The ALX-serie are label printers, manufactured for print and apply in industrial environments.
With the ALX printers it is possible to print and apply variable data and unique identification onto each product.
For decades we have sold, integrated, and carried out service for Novexx earlier Avery Dennison label printers.
We have all wear and spare parts available from our stock in Randers.
The printers can be delivered with different applicators depending of the task and the product.
LA-BO (Blow On) - Applicator blow the label onto the productet. Applying labels without touching the product make it possible to apply labels onto products that are fragile, varying in height or with an uneven or difficult shape, e.g. vegetables, fruit or 6-pack bottles packed in plastic foil.
LA-TO (Tamp On) - This applicator uses a vaccum labelpad for apply of labels on top, side or bottom of the products.
The applicator applies labels directly onto the product or colli.
LA-TO BO this applicator is a comination of the LA-BO and the LA-TO this label applicator i suitable for products running randomly in different sizes and or uneven surface, the label is blown onto the product without touching the product, box or kolli
LA-SO (Swing On) - High capacity for top, side or front labelling of boxes.
Apply of labels onto moving products. manufactured for easy label roll change.
XPA93x for print and apply 1:1
One of the most reliable print and apply units on the market.
Complies with the demands in industrial production for print of unique and variable data on each product.
These printers are very compact and can easily be integrated in both new as well as existing produtionlines, where there is a demand for print and apply of labels with variable data.
Different standard applicators can be mounted, from traditional apply by a label pad, for products with an even and plane surface. If your product is in various sizes, and with fragile surface the solution can be to blow on the label onto the product.
We have made hundres of solutions with ALX92x, the previously version of XPA93x and 73X has been integrated.

ALX73x reliable high speed
Accuarate high speed label application without production stop.
This print serie is designed to reduce production stop, due to change of labels, ribbon and wear parts.
The ALX73x er designed for larger labelrolls and ribbon rolls, causing less time for change of consumables. It is also an option to mount an extra re- and unwinder, making it possible to change labels rolls without production stop. All wear parts are modular build for quick and easy maintenance.
High print- and dispensing speed up to 400 labels per minute.
Can also be used for pre printed labels, as dispensing unit.
As standard these printers are delivered with ribbon save function.
