We have made a lot of solutions for pens / devices in different shapes both round, conical and triangular.
The solutions have both been off-line and in-line solutions.
Common for all the solutions are integration of vision system, for inspection of product, placement of label on product and print on label.
Capacity up to 100 products per minute.
Capacity up to 50 p/min.
The pens are placed manually on the infeed conveyor from where it via an infeed gate is transferred to a fixture on an intermittent conveyor belt.
The pens are labelled under rotation between pressure rollers and drive roller. Print of labels are done by a thermal transfer printer.
After labelling the pens are delivered at the out fees conveyor for transportation into boxes.
Vision inspection of correct, readable label and correct orientated label are presence at the pen. If a the pen is not approved, it will not be released for the outfeed conveyor but continue and placed in the reject bin.
Capacity up 100 p/min
Products are placed with Pick and Place unit from tray to the infeed slope, from where the product via infeed gate transfers to the fixtures on the intermittent conveyor belt.
The duplicated labelling station doubles the capacity. The product is labelled during rotation between pressure rollers and drive roller.
The products are collected by PPU for continued handling.
Label marking can be done by thermal transfer ribbon or laser.
