Facts / Specifications

Labelling around the pen and on end of the pen. after labelling the pens are placed in cartons, the cartons is closed and transfered for manual handling by an operator.

Machine capacity: Minimum 45 pens/minute.
 
Vision inspection and reject functions of:
  • Pen prior to labeling combined with reject station for non approved pen
  • Labels prior to application combined with reject station for non approved labels
  • Label on pen after application combined with reject station for pens with non approved label application
